Emerging from the sands of New Cairo and the New Capital City it comprises 400 feddans of prime land adjacent to the East Ring Road.
The masterplan is built around the belief that space is a luxury. All units whether they are villas or apartments give onto either landscaped gardens, large open courtyards or The Club.
